 Loft moderno e nuovissimo nel vecchio quartiere storico di McKinley Landing, un'enclave di cottage sulle rive del lago Okanagan. Dispone di 3 camere da letto con soffitti di 9 piedi, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato interno con pavimento riscaldato, armadi europei, letti queen size, TV 4K, cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in quarzo, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero full size, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie , caffettiera, caffettiera Nesspresso, caffettiera francese, tostapane, pentole, padelle, piatti e utensili. Per cenare e rilassarsi c'è un soggiorno, aperto sulla cucina con 14 piedi di soffitto con la parete di vetro per godere della luce naturale e vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Divano letto, tavolo, sedie, 4 sgabelli da bar, TV a schermo piatto è tutto per te. Abbiamo costruito questa casa con l'intenzione di essere una casa per le vacanze, quindi tutte le pareti sono insonorizzate e le porte sono solide, il pavimento sul pavimento principale è in piastrelle e cemento colorato al piano inferiore per mantenere il posto estremamente pulito. Per ogni esigenza di bucato c'è nell'unità lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, asse e ferro da stiro. Ponte coperto per quelle serate romantiche in cui ci si può sedere e godersi la pace assoluta e tranquillità. La casa si trova a soli 100 metri dal lago, alla fine della strada senza uscita con un ampio parcheggio per la vostra auto o barca. A cinque minuti a piedi da casa, ti porteremo in uno dei più bei parchi sulla spiaggia del lago Okanagan, dove puoi facilmente trovare il tuo paradiso privato. Essendo amanti dei cani, abbiamo deciso di accettare animali domestici, ma dovranno essere approvati prima di prenotare. Se ti capita di portarne uno, questo è un paradiso per cani, chilometri di sentieri escursionistici, spiaggia per cani e 5 minuti di auto dal più grande parco per cani di Kelowna. Per i nostri ospiti con barche ora abbiamo un ormeggio privato a cui allacciarsi durante il soggiorno, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Niente feste, niente eventi.

Belle maison moderne avec 3 chambres chacune ayant sa propre salle de bain. Belle vue sur le lac. Quartier résidentiel très calme boisé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport de Kelowna. 10 minutes environ de Kelowna.

Summer Vacay

Getaway in Paradise

This was our first time not staying in a hotel and made the decision to try VrBo with some trepidation. We scoured properties for what seemed like months, coming across Henryk and Mariola's listing we were filled with optimism that perhaps this was going to be the vacation we've all had been hoping for. Communications with them were timely and courteous, and so very accommodating to our family's fur babies. Always responding with kindness and patience with my dozen's of questions and informing us when the City of Kelowna made some changes to the mooring. Right from the moment of arrival we were extremely pleased with our choice as the care and attention to detail was evident. They made every effort to ensure our holiday was lovely, and went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Henryk and Mariola, for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation and allowing us to stay with you for the week.

Great Place, Friendly Hosts

We enjoyed staying at "Modern 3 bedroom, 3 en suites, dog-friendly loft with boat mooring in McKinley" with our family. It is an incredible house and a lovely location; the hosts were very kind and friendly. We really appreciated how animal-friendly this place is. A vacation with your pets is the best because who needs a break from them? We are definitely coming back.

Amazing Stay

Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful house with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We loved everything. Serenity and calmness of the surroundings are priceless. We enjoyed going out for a swim at many small beaches. After amazing day at the beach, we wrap up our days sat the balcony overlooking the Okanagan Lake. The owners are very pleasant and very welcoming. A deer family with their babies would peacefully great you every day. This is a highly recommended place to stay. Thank you so much for a beautiful memory.

Peaceful perfection

We had an incredible stay at Henryk and Mariola's beautiful vacation rental. Both the hosts and property immediately felt like a home away from home that made you feel comfortable and welcomed. The house was immaculate, well appointed with quality items that matched the care you could see had been given when the home was built, and had everything you could need; including thoughtful touches like a bouquet of freshly cut flowers and herbs. Whether it was sipping coffee on the deck enjoying the peaceful ambience or taking the pup for the short hike down to the beach, every moment was memorable. We would love to return in the future and would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

Nice home, beautiful setting, lovely managers

Stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time. Home is spacious and comfortable in a beautiful setting with relatively easy beach access and even a boat mooring. Managers are friendly, accommodating and readily available. This was our first Vrbo stay and we were all pleased overall. Hope to be back in the not too distant future! Thank you Mariola and Henryk for a stress free and memorable holiday!

Wonderful vacation

Excellent accommodations, very well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and other supplies. It was so nice that we could bring the dog and also great that we had a mooring ball for the boat. Great location, close to grocery stores and other amenities but community is just far enough away so that it feels like you are out of town and in a peaceful spot. The hosts, Mariola and Henryk are very kind and they were very helpful. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Property Excellent Hosts!

This property is one of the best appointed properties we have stayed in. The accommodation is NEW, lovely, clean, spacious and modern. The thoughtfulness of the owners in providing so many small details in the unit (en suites & tvs in every bedroom, chargers, every utensil you could want, XL size shampoos, sunscreen, beach chairs, ample beach and shower towels, etc). Topped off by the fact that they welcome our beloved dogs (2)! (They even noticed us trying to wash the dogs and provided an extra long hose/shower nozzle set up for our use!) Only note is to be aware that the path to the lake /beach is a bit steep in places and in part on a dirt trail. But a lovely large dock to sun on and enjoy the lake! Perfectly described as doggie paradise with all the easily accessed trails around. About 15-20 min drive to main restaurants of Kelowna We will definitely rebook!

Amazing family vacation!

Our family of 5 plus our dogs had a great stay at Henryk and Mariola’s. Very friendly and welcoming. Their dog, Lebowski is pretty awesome too. Lots of space for all of us and great view of the lake. Spent a lot of time down at the public beach that is a short walk away and greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. Enjoyed having a place to sit and play games in the evening. We stayed for a week and it was wonderful but we would have loved to stay longer! Definitely recommend and hope we will be back one day.

McKinley landing

This property is located in McKinley landing just 15 mins outside downtown Kelowna. The property is gorgeous and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. They did everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. The views of the water are incredible and with close beach access and trails for dogs it was the perfect vacation spot. We definitely will be coming back!

Hidden Gem

We have spent numerous vacations at VRBO properties over the years, and Sailview Loft is without a doubt the best experience we have had. We chose this property for its quiet location and views of Okanagan Lake. Both exceeded expectation. The property shows pride in ownership with quality craftsmanship and is very well maintained. The pictures do not do this property justice! Henryk and Mariola have put a lot of effort into every detail to make their guests feel comfortable. A special shout out to Labowski and Henryk for comforting Kona when he missed us. Who knew we’d have this bonus service ☺️. Loved our morning “chats”, Labowski! Highly recommended property. We stayed Aug 8 to 27, 2021.

Great property

We loved this property. Clean, kitchen had everything we wanted, everything in good condition. Very nice to have the beach chairs and towels available. ~5minute walk to lake. 6 of us stayed comfortably with our dog. We will hope this property is available if we are back in Okanagan area.
