“I went to check in waiting for an hour an half they finally got me a room at 6pm then I go in the room was not ready so I took pic an video to show front desk she then give me another room that was not ready too pic an video of that she gets upset with me an cancel my reservations an told me she refunded me because I took pictures of the rooms that wasn’t done! I didn’t get my money back an nowhere to stay”
