“Nice hotel. Immaculately clean. Enclosed 4 minute walk to airport. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when catching an early morning flight.”

“The staff was not very helpful. Kind of acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked for something. The room service experience was the worst I’ve had in my 30 years of traveling had to get transferred 5 times to get no where with my ordering. Went down stairs and had to put my order in with the front desk staff, then they called us and told us that we had to order via the QR Code. Sorry, but that is totally horrible”

“It's unfortunate that a property like this has not been kept up or improved to take it up a notch or two. Great, scenic location off the Rideau River. Beautiful river views, but the building is old and needs some TLC. It was okay for a nights sleep, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to spend some holiday travels in the area and quiet time on the balcony looking over the river. Much potential, but it's aging away.”
