“I was in town to attend wedding and this was a suggested hotel. It was nice being so close to a really nice mall and a publix. The hotel itself was super far from everything and uber was $35+ each way. The toilet clogged in our room every single night and our sheets and pillow cases were dirty when we arrived. I wouldn’t stay here again but it could’ve been worse.”

“L’hotel era chiuso e non ha nemmeno avvisato o cancellato la prenotazione. È stato trasformato in Covid hotel. Il problema è che poteva avvisare i cancellare la prenotazione invece mi sono trovato davanti a hotel e non mi hanno fatto entrare rimanendo in mezzo alla strada con i bagagli. Inoltre i prezzi degli altri alloggi erano il quadruplo e nemmeno Expedia ha saputo aiutarmi dicendo in sostanza di arrangiarmi ”

“We booked two rooms—one with two queens and one with a king. Upon arrival, the king room was apparently more of a suggestion than a guarantee, so we ended up with two rooms with two queen beds. We got there a bit early and decided to have lunch at the Collab. It’s a great-looking restaurant, and the food was good once it arrived, but the wait was long enough that we could’ve left, found another restaurant, eaten, and still beaten our original order back to the table. There was a private party...
