"Horrible service, horrible staff. We arrived and this property had NO POOL! When we asked to cancel because it was false advertised, they said NO! Do not stay here, pay the extra money to stay elsewhere."

"The room was beautiful and clean. The staff at check-in and all through my visit was exceptional and so friendly. The only complaint I would have would be the outside trash cans were full for the four days I was there. They never were emptied once. And the hallway had a large fan that went all day ..."
