“The hotel was in a great location & our room even had its own patio! There were quite a few stairs from the street to the hotel lobby but staff right away offered to carry up our suitcases. The staff was extremely helpful & accommodating! I would go back again! And walking distance to great restaurants & Pike Market!!”

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....
