  • This studio is ideal for a solo traveler or couple looking for a place to lie their head at the end of an active day out exploring coastal Maine. Cook a tasty meal in the full kitchen, or take advantage of Shorelands Resort's community pool. When you want to settle down for the night, stream a movie on your laptop via the free WiFi or share the day's memories on social media until you doze off.

    Nothing is far away from this home, making it the ideal location to visit. Urban adventure can be found just two and a half miles north in Kennebunkport, where you can find delicious restaurants, fun shops, and a beautiful marina. A half-mile closer to the home is Webhannet Golf Club, so you can load up your clubs and golf to your heart's content. Escape the city by going just over a mile south to Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge and explore the hiking trails winding through the salt marshes. Best of all, Parsons Beach is within walking distance just over a half-mile away from your front door, so your summer vacation can be spent right on the ocean! For a day trip, head over to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, and Ogunquit are amazing!

This little place was so great for a couple or anyone spending some time. The bathroom/tub were amazing. The bedding however was a bit dated and could use some updated sheets/comforter as they seemed very warn. Overall would absolutely stay again.

It was nice and clean the only problem was we had a heck of a time getting the tv to work. got stuck watching one boring channel it was very complicated we are used to one clicker and just cable at home. there were no instructions

Perfect for our Quick Getaway

Relax with your pets

I love the screened in porch such a beautiful breeze throughout the place. The full kitchen appliances dishes etc. and I love being able to have my dog safely with me

Convenient location to Kennebunkport!

The studio cottage was absolutely adorable. It is decorated perfectly to give it the best beach vibe. Amenities are on point. Everything that you need is there. Great kitchen set up, bathroom and back deck. The only thing that I would want to change is the AC. It was very loud and went on and off every few minutes all throughout the night. It was a muggy night so we wanted to use it, but it wasn't ideal. Overall a great property.

The Shorelands Cottage #20 was quite pleasant for 2 people. The back porch was a very nice place to relax. Would recommend this cottage.

Amazing getaway

This guest resort is local so it’s in the middle of all attractions. Private housing and a perfect getaway for a couple or family. Quiet area with a beautiful view!

Close to preserve and beach. Property was not maintained. Night lighting was not good and parking was not good. Entrance was not good. Doors were in need of replacement, the entrance door was a dutch door- not secure and bathroom door had paint chips and was hard to close. Back Door was full glass and needed a window treatment that you could not see through.

Amazing location

Lovely little cottage room with full kitchen. Just .4 miles away from Parson beach and lots of fun things to do at the location like swimming in pool, basketball, ping pong, bbq grilling. Enjoyed watching the local chickens walk around the property and look forward to coming back.

Not too shabby

Location was great, easy walk to a lively beach. Loved the playground and pool even though the weather didn’t cooperate with us. Was quiet and fairly clean. The bed was decent not overly comfortable or uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible, being your own for sure! Clean linens and stocked with everything you’d need for a little getaway! The bathroom was eh, it appeared clean but the floor was extremely sticky for some reason. Kind of close quarters if you need to spend any time other than sleeping in here but perfectly cozy! I would stay again if available.

We really enjoyed our short stay in this very cute cottage. Good location to downtown Kennebunk. Really comfortable king size bed. If weather had been just a little better we would have enjoyed sitting outside on the Adirondack chairs.

Wonderful stay

The property wasn’t ready when we arrived at check in time, but the crew made sure to do extra cleanup prior to having us come in which we appreciated. The cottage was very cozy and enjoyable. They had some issues with the internet at the time and we never had TV or internet for our entire stay (which didn’t matter as we mostly were out and about) but was listed as a feature.
