  • Nestled in Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, this charming three bedroom home offers a retreat for guests seeking comfort and relaxation. You will have two spacious bedrooms available (the smaller third bedroom is an owners lockout for personal items) featuring super comfortable upgraded pillow top king beds, each with access to their own private bath. So everyone enjoys a restful night’s sleep! The bathrooms include refreshing showers and convenient hair dryers, making mornings easy.

    Beautifully and fully equipped kitchen! A dining area with a table that expands to seat 6 easily! And a nicely equipped wraparound patio with grill and private fire bar. You will stay comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning, with first and second floor comfort zones.

    Enjoy the beauty of the safe and secure gated community. The resort includes two pools, one a salt water pool, a 6,000 sq foot community building, game room, exercise gym, library, commons room, fire pits, fire bar, and bocce ball court. The Preserve provides direct access to the Eastern Trail and the East Coast Greenway ~ perfect for hiking and biking.

    The beaches in Kennebunkport are about 10 minutes away, with popular shopping districts, and it is about 20 minutes to the city of Portland.

    Two bicycles are available for your use!

    There are dedicated parking spots. The gated community means it's a safe place for walking, moving about in a golf cart, and for families.
