Ocean Pointe was excellent all around! The location was fantastic - close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The home is thoughtfully designed with a great use of space, making it comfortable for our entire group of 10 adults. The backyard was a true highlight, feeling like a private sanctuary and resort all in one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Delightful accommodations! We had the whole family together, five adults, one child, and a baby, and it was a wonderful fit. We enjoyed the fire pit, porches, and well-equipped kitchens. The bunk beds were a hit, along with all the private spaces. It would be hard not to enjoy yourself. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the cute downtown.

8/10 Buono

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in, comunicazione, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
We had a wonderful stay overall. The location truly can’t be beat, and the home itself is beautiful. It was the perfect size for our family, and the large, well-designed kitchen made it easy to cook and spend time together. Our kids absolutely loved the direct access to the water and spent countless hours searching for sea glass along the shore. It was also an easy 15–20 minute walk into town, which made exploring Kennebunkport convenient without needing to drive. The only area that could use some attention is general maintenance. We noticed mold buildup on several shower heads, as well as in the washer and dryer, which made those areas feel less clean than expected. The kitchen was also missing basic oven mitts, and several of the pots and pans are well past their prime and could use replacing. One additional suggestion would be to trim back some of the vegetation around the fire pit to reduce a potential fire hazard, as well as prune the tree above the grill so it’s easier and safer to use.Overall, these are relatively minor items in an otherwise fantastic property. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

I can't say enough great things, and I have nothing negative to say. Everything was clean and so comfortable, with several great areas to make memories. The view of the boats passing by while sitting on the upstairs patio, the fantastic fire while barbecuing or sitting by the fire in the family room. We had such a wonderful time and thank you!

This house is stunning! We celebrated a birthday with friends over a long weekend and had the most amazing time. The kitchen is equipped with high-end Viking appliances and had everything we could possibly want to cook gourmet dinners. The view is incredible, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Great location. Couldn’t have been any more pleased with this property.

Great Maine Get Away

Great property. Lots of room and within walking distance of a nice restaurant. Very close to downtown, but without the traffic. Jamie was very responsive if we had questions. House was neat and clean with an amazing kitchen. We enjoyed the living room fireplace and enclosed porch on those cool May mornings.

Maine Girls Trip

The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was close to cute shops and great restaurants with quintessential Maine scenery all around us. The only thing I’d mention is that the house sits verrrry close to a road and a parking lot on one side and we did hear trucks early in the morning as well as fishing boats as they left the harbor to head out for the day. It certainly didn’t detract from the beauty of the home, and we would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful home and amazing service

This home is extremely beautiful and clean. The location could not be better. To top it off, Jamie from the management team was there when we arrived and even helped me carry luggage in for my family. I couldn't speak highly enough of Jamie and the property. We will be back! Thank you so much for a unforgettable weekend with my family and friends.
