  • You'll be perfectly placed for exploring the beloved beaches and villages of Southern Maine at this polished home in Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve. As part of this gated community, enjoy access to an outdoor pool, a clubhouse with a gym and game room equipped with a foosball table, air hockey table, pool table, and shuffleboard. There's also firepits, and a 68-acre nature preserve with beautiful trails that are accessible right from the back door.

    Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve sits at the edge of the woods in Arundel, right off scenic Route 1 and adjacent to the 65-mile Eastern Trail (which is wonderful for hiking and cycling). It's a great home base for exploring Kennebunk (four miles), Kennebunkport (six miles), Ogunquit (14 miles), the Nubble Lighthouse (21 miles), and the Portland Head Light (25 miles). You can even walk to a mini-golf course and ice cream shop right outside the neighborhood gates.

    This two-story home enjoys a scenic location within Cape Arundel, with a back patio overlooking a small pond and a tree-lined meadow. It's a scene you can take in as you sip your morning coffee, light the gas grill in the afternoons, or dine alfresco at sunset.

    The interior is modern, bright, and centrally air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort all summer long. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room with a smart TV. After dinner each evening, escape to the den/office to either log onto the complimentary WiFi at the desk or screen a movie on a second smart TV.

Beautiful cottage!

Such a beautiful cottage in a closed, quiet, and friendly community. Our kids loved the pool and we all loved the peacefulness, especially on the back patio overlooking the pond and the woods. Great location overall - close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We so enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Southern Maine retreat

The house is nicely furnished with everything you need and the location is ideal for exploring all the beaches, Portland and beyond. We enjoyed the pool and the well-equipped fitness center. An unexpected surprise was proximity to the Eastern Trail for hiking and biking.

Comfortable Stay

Little Spruce Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of room for a family of four. The beds were comfortable. The community pool and game room were a plus when traveling with teens. The community was quiet. We would stay here again!

Perfect home in beautiful neighborhood

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful home with comfortable amenities. Pool and game room are a short walk away. Location is close to many destinations in southern Maine. We loved our stay in this home.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay in your home—the setup in the cottage was great. The kids enjoyed the separate TV room and the bunk beds upstairs. Everything was well provided for in the kitchen. The location is wonderful. We will be back next year!

Lovely place

We enjoyed everything about the place except the beds. Both the king and the queen mattresses were very uncomfortable, very hard. So we ended up sleeping on the bunk bed mattresses which had more give to them.

Little Spruce Cottage is AWESOME!!

The cottage is clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. No really, it really is! We brought items from home...didn't need any of it! The cottage is ideally situated for access to Biddeford, Kennebunkport, and Wells. Portland is an easy 30 min drive away We really enjoyed the cottage privacy and views. With it being early Fall, we didn't use the pools, but we did use the Fitness Center. Well equipped and great for keeping those pounds in check with all the good food restaurants in the area. Little Spruce Cottage is our "go to" cottage should we head back to Maine to visit family.
