“While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great!”

“The room is clean, but there is a musty smell. The showerhead has some rust. The walls seem a bit thin because I can hear noise from the neighboring room.”

“Pool and spa out of commission, bathroom is nasty and dated. I had to tale a cold shower after waiting an hour to see if the hot water would return. It did not, no hot water”

“My partner and I needed a temporary place to stay as we transitioned out of the tri-cities. It was a wonderful stay, and the place provided everything we needed.”

“Very clean and nicely furnished. Quiet and very clean. Just a few housekeeping items. Bath fan did not work, toilet paper dispenser needs to be anchored and bottom left drawer face coming off.”
