We make every effort to keep necessary property activity brief and unobtrusive.

Guests may occasionally see normal daytime property care associated with:

The garage, workshop, storage, and equipment areas are operational spaces and are not guest-accessible amenities.

A PEACEFUL RESIDENTIAL SETTING

The Oasis is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and maintaining that atmosphere is an important part of the experience.

To help everyone enjoy the property:

• Quiet hours are 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
• No amplified outdoor music
• No unauthorized parties or events
• Registered guest counts must remain accurate
• Additional visitors require advance approval

We want you to enjoy the pools, patios, gardens, and outdoor spaces while helping us preserve the relaxed resort atmosphere that makes The Oasis special.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS, DAY VISITORS & APPROVED DOGS

Standard pricing includes up to 4 registered guests.

We’re happy to accommodate additional guests, children, visiting friends and family, and approved dogs when arranged in advance.

Each additional person beyond the included occupancy — adult or child — is $40 per day.

Approved day visitors are $40 per person, per day.

Approved dogs are $40 per dog, per day.

This helps us appropriately prepare and manage:

• Guest and visitor counts
• Parking
• Pool and spa use
• Utilities and supplies
• Amenity preparation
• Cleaning and property care

If friends or family will be visiting, simply let me know:

• How many people will be visiting
• How many vehicles they’ll have
• Their approximate arrival and departure timeframe

Keeping the guest count accurate makes things easy for everyone and allows me to prepare appropriately for your group.

Your visitors are part of your experience too, and I’m happy to help make their time at The Oasis enjoyable.

Please arrange additional guests, visitors, and dogs in advance. Unauthorized occupancy or visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

EXTERIOR SECURITY & TRANSPARENCY

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras provide overlapping coverage throughout the exterior areas of the property, including exterior access points, yards, pool and patio areas, and outdoor amenity spaces.

All security cameras are located outside the home.

There are no cameras inside the home or in any indoor living, sleeping, or bathroom areas.

We believe in being clear about this before you book so you know exactly what to expect during your stay.
