“Clean and helpful staff”

“Very nice hotel. Quiet rooms. Staff was friendly from check-in and cleaning staff. Breakfast was a variety of food. Will definitely plan staying again when we come back to visit family in Canton. Close to mall and restaurants and hall of fame. ”

“Doreen was amazing. She was very helpful and kind. Troy was nice I remember him from my stay before. There was also a lady at the front desk that help me extend my stay she was great. Only complaint I have is the room smelled funny and on one of our nights someone was very loud above us all night and morning. Just felt like much was not done when we complained. Other then that i do like this hotel.”

“ The hotel was good for the couple nights we stayed there. There was a lack of housekeeping staff so we were told they would not be cleaning the rooms or restocking towels and such. The rooms were pretty clean, but there was black mildew in the shower, and 2 of the rooms had issues with the fans not working. Bed was comfortable and the room was roomy, plenty of space.”

“This was an excellent hotel for us. The staff are friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of choices. The restaurant staff cooked individual eggs or a choice of omelets for guests. Hot & cold cereals & fresh fruits. Our room was clean & quiet. We will definitely return. ”
