“Struttura come da descrizione. Pulita e con piscina usufruibile sino alle 8:30 della sera. Mare accessibile direttamente dalla struttura. Bagno ampio e cucina attrezzata sufficientemente. Sarebbe stato bello avere a disposizione piccoli condimenti come sale, zucchero e pepe per chi come noi soggiorna per pochi giorni. Disponibile lavanderia, ma senza possibilità di macchina cambia monete o pagamento con carte. Area barbecue bordo piscina fantastica. A pochi passi il costal trail. ”

“Struttura bella e ben organizzata: appartamento grande con una cucina super attrezzata: lavastoviblie, forno, forno a microonde, macchina per ol caffe con cialde, tosrapane frigorifero enorme, titti gli utensili da cucina anche per fare il barbecue nel giardino. Vicino un supermercato e una caffetteria. Di fronte la fermata dell'autobus. Peccato non avesse il ristorante per cena è necessario avere una macchina.”

“The property was in exquisite shape and the unit was very well kept. Great location! Just a short walk down a hill to beach access. Many restaurants nearby. Easy to drive to the unit.”

“In short, we would stay again but there were pros and cons. Overall this is an epic oceanfront place and we had a great time. View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good. “The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...
