“The property is a mix of little cabins and rv spaces. It was clean and quiet. The mattress was very nice and comfortable. It was just the 2 of us but there was sleeping space for 4 others. Bunk beds in the other small bedroom and a futon in the living area. It also had a barbecue and picnic table in the outside space. Reasonable prices. I would recommend ”

“We came in Fall for a quick getaway to explore the area. The Great Outpost was indeed, great!Our host were welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed and more, including the hot tub. Really cool place to stay. Close to Kernville, where they were having a community fall festival. So much fun! I would love to come back to ski. Thank you Fyza!!!! ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved the space, especially the big deck for stargazing and the creek for splashing around. There was AC throughout the house which made the hot days easy. This place is a total gem and only 12 minutes from town and the river! The only thing we would change for our next visit is that we would bring an extra air mattress as some of the fold out couches weren’t super comfortable. “This cabin was meticulously clean and well-stocked with essentials, seasonings, cookware, and bakeware. The host was very communicative and genuinely cared about his guests' enjoyment. My husband and I traveled from Missouri just to see the Sequoias, and they did not disappoint. The only downsides were the lack of cell signal and the distance from town. There is a general store and cafe a few minutes from the cabin, but luckily, we stopped in Porterville and grabbed groceries before arriving at...

“-Very unsafe feeling when you first arrive, you will pass by neighboring properties with lots of junk piles in the yards...think movie "Wrong turn" -Surroundings are very unmaintained with lots of tall dry brush weeds -There were snakes near the covered patio, we couldnt even use the area which happened to be the highlight of why we chose this house”
