• Parking: Scooter parking only; car access for drop-off only

• Date alterations are not allowed

• Parties, loud music, and disturbances are strictly prohibited

• Pets allowed only with prior management approval (+30% deposit & refundable security deposit)

• Crib available on request (additional charge, 5 days advance notice)

• Please note that staff and management may access the villa at any time for daily maintenance and service purposes
