As you arrive, you're welcomed by the round entrance gate, setting the tone for a peaceful retreat. On the left, a Balinese family temple adds a rich cultural touch. On the right, you'll find the first ensuite bedroom, featuring a bathroom with direct pool access—perfect for rinsing off after a swim without bringing water into your room! An outdoor shower by the pool adds to the convenience.

Next to the first bedroom, the second ensuite bedroom awaits, offering extra comfort with a working desk and a cozy sofa bed. A unique feature? The skylight in the bathroom, bringing in natural light for a refreshing ambiance.

Outside, the open-air dining table invites you to enjoy meals, sip coffee, or read a book with a direct view of the rice fields and pool.

🏡 Now, Let’s Head Inside – The Social & Living Spaces
Step into the main area, where the indoor kitchen, dining, and living space blends modern Mediterranean design with tropical aesthetics. Large openings and high ceilings allow natural light to fill the space, while Mediterranean arches add an elegant touch.

The living area is equipped with a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and an extra working desk for those who need a quiet space. The terrace with cozy chairs is the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking rice field views.

🍽 The villa does not provide in-house breakfast service. However, a lovely café is just a short walk away and offers a variety of breakfast options.
🚗 The villa has a parking space for 1 car, located at the designated parking area near the villa.
⏰ Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 PM.
🚫 No parties allowed to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
👥 Please provide the correct number of guests in your booking, as pricing may vary based on group size.
🛄 Luggage Storage – Guests can store luggage between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for early arrivals or late departures. Let us know in advance to arrange this service.
🙏 A Balinese temple is located at the corner of the villa, and the landowner may enter at any time to access it. The temple has a separate entrance for its own use, and guests are not permitted to enter the temple or its entrance area.
🚧 Please be advised that at the moment there is a new building development nearby but at a distance. Noise may be discomforting at times.
🌴 Bali is a tropical island. You might see insects or mosquitoes around, but don’t worry, we provide insect spray and skin repellent for your comfort. We also regularly carry out pest control to keep the villa as comfortable as possible.
