“The pub was shut while we were there . Not a problem as we eat the sherry inn across the road . Parking was a nightmare due to paying as card only and couldn’t pay on my card or phone anyone . But hotel was very comfortable had a good night sleep very clean . Would diff stay there again ”

“I had made a mistake when booking the room, i booked a 'snug'. With two Golden Retrievers - a big mistake. Management were great and found us an outside room that was more suited. Loved the staff, other customers and the people in general. Felt the history.”

“All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, including fresh bed linen. The food was delicious. We had a large room with a sea view, which was wonderful to wake up to. ”

“The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.”
