“good location easy to get on boat to go round Derwent water.
Breakfast good but the evening meal was poor quality just a microwave job I suspect.
Room clean with nice view of lake. but shower needed the grouting sorted out.
Staff friendly.”

“Excellent place to stay to visit The Lakes and surrounding areas with stunning views.
We stayed for 5 nights and were made to feel so welcome . Absolutely spotless. Nothing too much trouble.
Room lovely, hot shower, breakfasts excellent. Great choice and they are happy to sort whatever you would like.
Coffee and homemade cake available in the lounge later. All in all, we have not stayed in a better B&B .
Now we have found it will most definitely be back. Highly recommend.”
