“Un albergo in posizione isolata, ma vicinissimo a Keswick. Camera molto comoda, pulita con ottimo letto. Colazione super, molto curata. Personale attento e gentile. Abbiamo anche cenato la sera: ristorante sopra le attese, cucina di territorio, raffinata e buona. Ci torneremo senz’altro alla prima occasione. Ambiente curato, pulito e tipico di una Inn di alto livello.”

“Such lack of amenities like tissues, proper shampoo and conditioner. No biscuits for tea and coffee, no chance of parking availability. The whole hotel looks like it needs a complete refresh and there is a huge garbage skip at the front of the hotel. Very poor.”

“I loved staying in a property that was so old and yet had been made so comfortable. It was a shame that one of the curtains had broken hooks as it drew the eye but the view from our windows more than made up for it. The evening meals were delicious. Location was perfect for us being equidistant to Grasmere and Keswick. Maybe some sachets of decaf coffee?”
