Guest house a Keswick

“10/10. Absolutely charmed by the grounds, award-winning gardens, and lovely owner.”

“The suite was great. Two decent sized rooms. Very friendly and helpful people”

“Pros - good location. Short walk into town. Room clean, modern & spacious. Self check in with good clear instruction prior to arrival. Cons - Car park full so had to pay for parking on car park next door. No plates at breakfast only cardboard dishes which made it difficult to butter toast as the bread wouldn't fit in the dish. Would definately stay here again though & just maybe arrive earlier to get a parking space.”

“Nice place nice location all good.”

“Very nice room, great breakfast, friendly staff.”

“Location was perfect right in the centre of historic Hawkshead ask about car parking at the primary school. On Suite was very small, the vanity didn’t drain properly, the sensor light is a pain when you don’t want to wake-up your partner at night! A common problem with all accommodation in the Uk is that only having a Duvet on the bed to hot to use and worst no top sheet, Duvets are to hot in winter because of the heating and to hot in summer with no air conditioning and with no ventilation...

“The whole experience was amazing, all of staff where brilliant and relaxed. The food for breakfast was exactly what you wanted, the room was clean and big enough for 4 and the hot tub was clean, warm and natural. I cannot imagine us not going back.”

“A very lovely Victorian house. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.”
