“Set in a beautiful village this accomodation stands out withbits exterior decor. Parking is a short walk away and not onsite but this isnt gar and not a problem. We were greeted by a wonderful ladybwhonwas full of smiles, verybfriendly and appeared tonreally enjoy her job. She showed us to our room and left us to unpack. The room was big enougb fornthe 2 of us and had a good sized ensuite shower room. The rooms facilities were excellent. Smart tv, wifif and smart heating as well as a kettle...

“Very welcoming reception from the host. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic cooked breakfast each morning. My wife is coeliac and was well catered for. This B&B is ideally suited for the city centre, has close transport links and also provides on-street parking. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was well located within walking distance to the lake at Bowness. The room was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The free breakfast was excellent with the best choice we had ever seen. The staff were amazing, being so attentive and engaging.”

“The property was spotless, very well appointed and everything was of very good quality.Breakfasts were freshly made and delicious. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us excellent advice about places to visit and good places to eat. There was nothing about the property. that we did not like. Happy to return in the future and recommend ”
