  • Elm Court 18 ha il vantaggio di essere una casa bifamiliare. Piano terra:
    Alloggio ben attrezzato composto da:
    Soggiorno / sala da pranzo: con TV 3D, lettore Blu-ray, Xbox One, CD / radio, docking station per i-Pod, fuoco elettrico a effetto carbone e porte finestre che conducono a un piccolo patio con mobili da giardino disponibili.
    Cucina: con forno a gas e piano cottura, frigorifero, congelatore, lavatrice / asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Primo piano:
    Camera da letto 1: con letto matrimoniale e CD / radio / docking station per i-Pod.
    Camera 2: con due letti singoli.
    Bagno: recentemente ristrutturato nel 2017 con doccia e vasca, WC e lavandino .. Tutto il carburante, biancheria da letto, asciugamani e Wi-Fi inclusi. Culla e seggiolone disponibili. Ci sono una selezione di libri / DVD e giochi da tavolo. . Parcheggio per un'auto .. 18 Elm Court è situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Keswick. Offrendo il meglio di entrambi i mondi, il cottage offre agli ospiti tutti i servizi della città, consentendo comunque l'accesso a splendide passeggiate e la splendida Lakeland Fells direttamente dalla porta. L'interno è rifinito in uno stile moderno e contemporaneo, ma conserva ancora un'atmosfera casalinga e accogliente. Il cottage ha un giardino con patio che si apre dal soggiorno insieme a un parcheggio privato e costituisce una base ideale per entrambi i camminatori e coloro che cercano semplicemente una pausa rilassante.

Last minute booking with discount still a bit expensive for us. Great location and we had a great time in Keswick. Less than 4 mins walk to Booths and Keswick bus station. Car parking space provided and it was spot on!Bathroom ventilation could be improved. Vents in the main bedroom window needs fixing. Not possible to close the vents.Both bedrooms are overlooking into car parks so the blinds need to be closed all the time if you like your privacy. As a result no natural light in the bedrooms.Detail instructions of Xbox and dvd for players would be helpful.As a parent, I disliked the Xbox because it was harder to get my child off it but my child was very happy and gave 5 stars for it.Kitchen facilities - excellentWasher with dryer very useful.Please replace batteries in the torches.Dish washer tablets, towels, kitchen towel and toilet tissues, dish washing solution were provided, super and thank you. Please do provide washing machine tablets or powder if possible.Would we come back to the cottage - Maybe/Likely

Great little getaway

Could not have got a better location, 3 minutes walk from bus station, 6 minute walk from town centre, the property was spotlessly clean and comfortable and was well equiped , would have prefered a shower curtain instead of the glass shower screen though. Would definately stay again.

As centrally located you don't get the views from the cottage but so convenient to walk everywhere. Very clean and has everything you might need to cook your own meals and stay entertained. Really pleasant accommodation, situated at the back of Booths Supermarket, easy walking distant to Keswick centre. Accommodation clean, tidy and comfortable. Only one issues the floorboards in the main bedroom and hallway creak a lot and are very noisy. Otherwise OK.

Lovely house.

Lovely house. Very clean, well equipped, and very well placed for the local Booth's supermarket (only a 30 second walk) and Keswick itself. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and pots and pans. The overhead shower is great. My only complaint is that the twin bedroom doesn't have any wardrobe or chest(s) of drawers; the only place for hanging clothes was the boiler room/airing cupboard. When we return to Keswick I would have no hesitation is booking this property again.

Loved this house in a very quiet location in Keswick but still only a few minutes walk to all amenities. Very well equipped and comfortable. Next time we are in Keswick we hope to book this same house for our holiday. Highly recommend.
