Or hang up the car keys and opt for a 1 hour walk up to the summit of Latrigg Fell or Walla Crag directly from the house, taking in panoramas of the entire Western Lakes on the way. Alternatively the hop-on, hop-off boat tours on Derwent Water offer 50-minute cruise that boasts jaw-dropping views at every turn, or rent some rowing boats for some Swallows and Amazons fun! A 20 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride along the Threlkeld to Keswick railway trail drops you into the heart of Keswick, a market town with a pedestrianised shopping square, delightful eateries and plenty of artisan shops. Finishing off this floor is a separate WC, and a games room, which features a table tennis table. Stairs lead up to the first floor and the bedrooms. A super-king-size bedroom offers far-reaching views, alongside a second super-king-size bedroom, a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom with another pull-out bed tucked below. For the children, a second stylish lounge is located on this floor, featuring a Smart TV and folding doors that lead to a den with two single children's beds. Fishing off this floor are two washrooms, including a shower room with a shower and WC and a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC.
