“We stayed for 3 nights here in the Coniston suite it was very clean and spacious with a small lounge area for watching TV and a table and chairs to eat at. A very good breakfast was brought to our room each morning. It’s a few minutes walk into Windermere. Would happily return. ”

“Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!”

Richard is a right bloke, would loved to have stayed up talking to him at the bar but after walking the local fells went to relax in the brilliant room. The hosts put their heart & soul into making everything perfect. We would certainly return. ”
