Sympathetically converted from the original farmhouse to an extremely high standard and with a stunning contemporary finish whilst retaining the original features, with four doubles, two with en suite shower and one twin. Spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area with wood burner (first supply of logs are free). Games console. One family bathroom with bath with overhead shower. Drying room adjacent to kitchen leading to patio with quality garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor hot tub. Panoramic lakeside views. No pets.. Stroll the woods, fish the stunning lake (license required Mar 1-Nov 15 ’ 19) or enjoy some private sailing (Mar 31-Oct 31) before shedding your shoes and soaking up the luxury of your own hot tub.



Conquer fells, enjoy the neighbouring 25-acre Wildlife Park or simply explore the lake’s rich heritage of birdlife, fish, shoreside flora and fauna. Keswick’s abundant attractions offer something to everyone just 6 miles away.
