“All staff we encountered at the front desk where very helpful. The replies to emails were answered immediately. Amenities were excellent, beyond expectation. We were driven to the airport using the personal car of the lady staff when the shuttle wasnt available. Beds were great and comfortable. “This cozy, comfy home was the perfect spot for my husband, dog and I to stay during our 3-day weekend trip to Ketchikan. Check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.
