Questa casa vacanza con cinque camere da letto e cinque bagni costruita su misura sull'acqua che si affaccia su Knudson Cove Marina può ospitare comodamente gruppi numerosi. Cucina ben fornita, camino, televisori HD nelle camere da letto e nel soggiorno, internet wireless, terrazza coperta con barbecue a gas e fornello a base di pesce. L'entrata nella stanza del fango ha lavatrice / asciugatrice di grande capacità e congelatore orizzontale.

Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina hanno una pianta aperta. La cucina è ben arredata con frigorifero side-by-side, top in vetro, forno a microonde over-range, lavastoviglie, smaltimento rifiuti, dispensa, bancone dell'isola e fornito di graffette e condimenti. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare dieci persone e ci sono quattro sgabelli da bar. Il tavolino da salotto si alza per offrire più posti a sedere per mangiare. Il soggiorno ha un camino a propano privo di sfiato, due divani futon, TV HD con TV via cavo con TiVo (DVR) e canali di film, lettore DVD, Internet wireless e una splendida vista sull'acqua.

La stanza fango / lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice HE di grande capacità, un congelatore orizzontale e un posto dove appendere i cappotti. C'è un ponte coperto su tre lati della casa per consentire di sedersi fuori per godersi la vista e un posto per barbecue fuori dalla pioggia! Oltre al barbecue a gas c'è un bruciatore a propano e una grande pentola per cucinare fuori granchio o altri frutti di mare. È inoltre possibile rilassarsi intorno alla buca per il fuoco portatile fornita.

C'è una camera da letto al piano di sotto che ha accesso direttamente al bagno completo con una combinazione vasca / doccia. Questa camera ha due letti singoli che possono essere impostati prima del vostro arrivo come letto matrimoniale su richiesta.

Le quattro camere da letto al piano superiore hanno due letti matrimoniali o due letti matrimoniali in ogni camera e un bagno privato con doccia angolare. Ognuna delle cinque camere ha un televisore HD.

Magical property

This was the most amazing trip and the property was beautiful. We could not have asked for more as we had everything we needed at Wanda's property. From the amenities to the sea life it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. From the porch of the property we saw eagles, whales, seals and otters. Just amazing. We would stay there again, no hesitation.

Your home away from home in Alaska

We spent five nights at this wonderful house that was well stocked with all the comforts of home. All rooms were immaculate and everything was in working order. Beautiful view of Knudsen Cove which was a welcome retreat from all the cruise ship hustle in town. Close to kayaking and hiking trails. And if you like the tourist scene, you’re not far from that either. Highly recommend!

Great place for larger groups

Had an awesome time staying here. Everyone liked that they had their own bathroom, the kitchen is large, and the dining room table seats 10. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Ketchikan. Nice location far enough away from the cruise ship stuff going on, but town is only about a 20 minute drive. Make sure to ask about renting a vehicle directly from Wanda. The Yukon was perfect!

Perfect family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time with old and new family for Thanksgiving. Despite the rain and snow which is normal for November, the house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen, dining area and living room area was all open with lots of room for our group of about 20. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for food preparation. Most of us could fit around the dining table. The location is rustic about 20 - 30 minute drive north of the city. The view below was of a small village with boat docks and the fjord and mountains as background. The hosts were always available if we had questions or needed some assistance. I would give them an A+ compared to other hosts I have previously dealt with. They live just down from the rental so are very close. They also rented us appropriate vehicles we could use for our stay and made sure they were available to us at the airport when we arrived. The got a lot of use during our week stay. I highly recommend these properties and would definitely rent from them again.

Great House!

This house was perfect for us! We stayed here for 9 days with a maximum of 8 people. Every bedroom has a bathroom. There is a view of Knudson Cove from the balcony & inside from all the windows, where we watched eagles flying around. This house was stocked w/ everything from coffee to laundry detergent, from drinking water to trash bags as well as soap, shampoo, conditioner & blow dryers. The beds were comfortable & the house was neat & clean. The owners, Wanda & Darrell live close by & were available for assistance. We also rented their Suburban which was great for our big crew. There were some problems with the Suburban but Darrell & Wanda quickly came over to fix it. Eventually due to a hole in the radiator, Wanda loaned us her van while the Suburban was being repaired. We had an outstanding vacation fishing in Ketchikan due to ease & comfort of this house!

What a Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is wonderful and very comfortable! The kitchen was amazing, stocked with everything one would need to cook a fabulous meal, from spices and condiments to the cooking utensils! The view from the deck of Knutson Cove was awesome, and just a short walk to the Knutson Cove Marina and the Dockside Galley.

We had a group of 10 staying in this lodge and we fit perfectly. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is really nice too. The views from the deck are amazing. As well as the kitchen stocked with all the supplies you would need for all your own cooking.
