Welcome to Hulen Hideaway, a beautifully designed three-bedroom retreat tucked into one of Ketchum's most desirable residential neighborhoods. Close enough to reach downtown and Sun Valley Resort in minutes, yet surrounded by trails, trees and open space, this is the kind of place that makes it easy to settle into mountain life.

Inside, contemporary cottage style gives the home a warm, collected feel. The main living and dining space is bright and comfortable, with a Smart TV, plenty of seating and a dining table for six. Just beyond is a spacious kitchen centered around a large island, with everything you need for slow breakfasts before the trail or dinner together after a day on the mountain.

And then there's our favorite room in the house.

Tucked off the kitchen is a second living room with plush seating and a wood-burning stove—the kind of space made for coffee on a snowy morning, a book after skiing or one more glass of wine before bed.

In warmer months, open the home to the private backyard. The enclosed lawn and deck create your own little retreat among the trees, complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ and private hot tub. Bring dinner outside, let the dogs enjoy the yard, and end the evening with a soak under the Idaho sky.

The home sleeps six across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and private en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen and the third a full bed, with a shared bathroom nearby.

But Hulen Hideaway is really about what waits beyond the front door. Walk from the neighborhood to hiking and biking trails, wander over to the nearby park and pond, or head out for fishing, golf and Nordic skiing. Downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Resort are only minutes away, while some of the Sawtooths' spectacular alpine lakes are within an easy day trip.

Spend the day as big as you want.

Then come home, light the fire and get in the hot tub.

WHY WE LOVE IT
The backyard is a vacation of its own. Private hot tub, deck, BBQ, lawn and plenty of trees around you.
Adventure starts close to home. Hiking and biking trails are within walking distance, with fishing, golf and Nordic skiing nearby.
Two living rooms = underrated luxury. Watch a movie in one while someone curls up beside the wood stove in the other.
Your dog gets a Sun Valley vacation too. Up to two dogs may be permitted with prior management approval.
Close to Ketchum without feeling downtown. You get the restaurants, skiing and energy of town just minutes away, then return to the quieter feel of Hulen Meadows.
It looks as good in person as it does in the photos. The contemporary cottage design is polished without ever feeling too precious for a family getaway.
Summer here is hard to beat. Coffee on the deck, a morning hike, an afternoon on the river and a hot-tub soak to finish the day.

Up to 2 dogs may be allowed with prior approval from MVP Vacation Homes. Please contact us before booking with pets.
The home is located in the residential Hulen Meadows neighborhood just north of downtown Ketchum. Guests should be respectful of neighboring homes and community quiet hours.
The home includes a wood-burning stove, and guests should follow all provided operating and fire-safety instructions.
