Chad’s condo is perfect! We stayed for one month and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, we made several meals and found every pot, pan, utensil you could ever need. The condo is set up perfectly for the several sets of visitors we hosted throughout the month. The beds are super comfortable and the linen closet is well-stocked with extra sheets and towels. The bathrooms are really well set up—our guests loved the steam shower upstairs—with great closet/dressing room space especially in the primary bath. The location is also outstanding, 5-minute walk with skis to River Run lodge and 10-minute walk to restaurants and shops in Ketchum. The heated garage was also a huge bonus for storing skis, boots, helmets, jackets, gloves to keep the living space tidy. Outstanding spot! Thank you, Chad!

Fantastic location with a 5-10 min walk to River Run and 15 minute walk to downtown. The kitchen was well-furnished with everything one needs to cook in the unit. Clean and modern decor made the stay upscale and comfortable. Great garage for ski storage. Fantastic host who was very quick with communication and attentive to every detail. Will definitely stay here again.

Run don't walk! Everything about this condo is amazing from the location, comfort, and cleanliness to the well appointed kitchen. My husband and I (and pup) spent a long weekend and everything was just perfect and it's such a walkable or bikeable location. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family stay in Ketchum! My parents celebrated 50 years of marriage this summer so we had to return to all the old haunts. This condo was perfect for our group of 6, age range from 35-77. There are stairs to get to the unit but one bedroom is on the main floor. Both bathrooms large and well appointed. Kitchen surprisingly well stocked for a rental, including lots of seasoning blends and cooking utensils. We cooked one night at home on the Blackstone grill on the little front porch, which was also a great place to sit and chat over coffee in the mornings. About a 12-15 minute walk to most restaurants and downtown but it’s a nice walk. Close to the river and right on the bike path with easy walking access to the River Run ski resort (great cafe mid-mountain, by the way, and ride the chairlift to the top. It’s gorgeous!). Comfortable beds and quiet location. Lots of parking in the complex. Would stay again!

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we walked into this beautiful townhouse, we knew we’d made the right choice. I even messaged Chad right away to say how impressed we were! The home was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The spacious layout, top-notch amenities (I’m seriously considering buying that amazing coffee machine!), and convenient location made it ideal for our family.We had a fantastic time in Sun Valley—shopping, hiking, and taking the gondola to the mountaintop for a breathtaking wedding event. The views were unforgettable! We’re already hoping to return in the winter to experience everything SV has to offer, and we’ll definitely be looking to stay at Chad’s place again.Wonderful host, wonderful home—highly recommend!

Wonderful Girls Trip!

Chad's house was perfect for our quick girls ski getaway to Sun Valley. The proximity to River Run base made it quick and easy to get to the slopes -- we had a non skier drop us off but the walk looked very simple and do-able for adults. The home itself was clean, cozy and well taken care of. Everyone agreed that the beds were particularly comfortable, especially after a long day on the slopes. The high-end espresso/coffee machine was an added bonus for all. Chad was responsive and helpful. If we make it back to Sun Valley, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful ski apartment

The apartment was just like the photos showed. The bathrooms were clean and one had a steam shower. The kitchen had great pots, pans, dishes etc. the check in and out process was a breeze. The fireplace was wonderful and the TV had a great sound system. I’d plan to stay here again next time I go to sun valley. It was a short walk to the warm springs lifts/lodge.
