"If you are not able to walk a long distance or walk up & down steps this is not a place for you. We were given the wrong room number. Key worked, went in and someone else’s things were there. Elevator didn’t work. Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Most of the staff was excellent. Front desk woman ..."
