The Living area has a cathedral ceiling with beautiful wood beams, a comfortable L shaped couch and a gas fireplace for cozying up on a chilly night. The dining room seats 12 comfortably and both the living room and dining room have glass doors that open to the deck and toward the lake. You can enjoy the screened in porch off of the dining room, with its comfortable seating area, or move out onto the open deck and lounge in the Adirondack chairs facing the lake.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home, while multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas give everyone space to spread out and unwind. There is a large kitchen island for cooking workspace and for additional seating, along with a walk in butlers pantry.
The main floor has a spacious Primary suite bedroom with a King bed and an attached full bath with shower.
Upstairs is an additional Primary suite bedroom with a King bed and an attached full bath. This bedroom also has a lake-facing balcony with comfortable seating...an ideal spot for watching the sun go down.
The Lower level has 3 additional bedrooms, one bedroom with a Queen bed and windows facing toward the lake, another bedroom has a Double bed (also lake facing windows), and a third bedroom with 2 Twin beds. This level also has a Full bath with tub/shower, with a sliding door between the shower/toilet area and the double sink area.
There is a spacious family room with TV, bar kitchen, and sleeper sofa in the Lower level as well. The big glass sliding doors in the family room exit on to the Lower level patio area and you can relax in the hammock here. There is a pathway from this patio that joins the firepit on the beautifully landscaped stone patio in the front yard.
The lakefront is across the quiet lake road from the house. You will walk down a flight of gravel steps to the lakefront. The beach area at Down on the Bluff feels very secluded and private. You'll find several kayaks, SUPs, and a canoe available for you to use to get out on the water. There is a dock for swimming and fishing....the dock is a seasonal dock and the water depth is not deep enough to allow boats to be tied to the dock or to load/offload passengers.

**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**No pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately and/or charged an additional fee
**No parties allowed at any time.

**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No exceptions. Only 12 guests allowed at any time, additional guests will be asked to leave.
**Parking for 5 vehicles only.

**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
**DOCKS: A seasonal dock is provided. This dock is for swimming and fishing purposes only, Boats are not allowed at the dock at any time...the water is very shallow and damage would be done to a boat and the dock.
