Welcome to our Beach House in the prestigious Key Colony Beach. 30 FT dock house in a 90 FT canal with easy access to the ocean, plenty parking space for vehicles and one trailer. Including access to the Cabana Club to enjoy the pool and private beach.

Quiet stay on the canal in a fancy place

Really enjoyed the stay at this location. The pictures really do not do it justice. The nieghborhood is very quiet at night, and the view of the water and sunset from the porch is amazing. And of course you have the shaded parking underneath the house to keep your vehicle cool during the day. The showers are amazing, and the windows are tinted to keep the house cool. Didn't use any of the other beds, but the master bed was very nice. The master bedroom TV also is signed into the owner's Netflix account if you do not have your own. And the Cabana Club access was also a good selling point. No real complaints about the place, except having a non-leather (preferably sectional) couch in the living room would have been nice. Well worth the cost!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway in gorgeous home on canal

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful, newly updated, clean home, which sits directly on a canal in the quaint community of Key Colony Beach. We’d enjoy coffee in the morning on the deck before paddling off on our SUP (we provided) and play board games as a family in the evening next to the water. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and make ourselves at home. Doraida and Oscar are excellent hosts who are very thorough and responsive in their communication. We would highly recommend this lovely place and hope to return in the future.

Awesome Vacation

I would highly recommend this place. We are a boating family who rented from Tropical Boat which is located in the same area. Great access to the Atlantic and a super short beach run to the cut over to the Gulf. Dorita and Oscar (hosts) went well over and above. Had an issue with the washing machine and Oscar bought a new one in Miami and installed it within hours . Having access to the Cabana club is a huge bonus. The house was very clean, beautiful , updated,..had all we needed and then some for the week.. can’t wait to return

Boaters paradise

Great location, easy access to Gulf and Atlantic. House is newly updated clean and modern. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay on the water in the keys.

wonderful week!

Very clean and comfortable home away from home. Absolutely loved that we could have our boat there. There was a really cool dock that raised and lowered with the tide which made tying up very easy! The kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, utensils, etc to be able to prepare meals with ease. The owner was very responsive to address an issue with the TV and internet access. I think perhaps the bed listed as a queen is actually a full. But we had 2 less people than originally expected so it didn't end up being a problem.

Great time

We had a great vacation. Place was clean, kitchen well stocked. My boys loved fishing from the dock. We did go buy a pop up tent. No shade or umbrellas near the dock so I would bring something to have shade for cleaning fish and hanging out near the dock.

Wonderful house, great location - would stay again

From the moment we booked the house, we had great interactions with Doraida! She reached out the moment we booked and was very helpful, great communication. My husband and 2 teenage boys stayed the week and had another couple come and visit for a few days. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary plates, utensils, cups, cooking utensil, pots/pans, etc. The beds were vert comfortable and the place was spotless. Location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do while visiting and we were even able to dock the boat we rented at the house! Nice quite neighborhood and we enjoyed riding out bikes to Sunset Park and to the Beach/Pool club. We would definitely return!

Spacious property with great views!

The property was very clean, smelled fresh upon our arrival. I think pictures in VRBO do not do justice, I found the house to be far nicer than I expected from the pics. There were plenty of plush towels,silky linens, very nicely decorated walls. Kitchen is fully stuffed with all you may need to cook. Very nice new grill. And the best of all is view over the water! Cabana club is5 minutes walk. We really enjoyed this place and hope to be back soon.
