Bellissimo duplex a Key Colony Beach con cortile privato recintato e piscina privata riscaldata opzionale. Tre camere da letto, due bagno di casa situato sulla Sixth Street (The Causeway).

Ripiani in granito, vanità e piastrelle in tutto. 
Master camera da letto ha un letto king size, seconda camera ha una regina e la terza ha due gemelli. La casa è arredata in modo confortevole e offre tutto il necessario per una vacanza piacevole e rilassante.

Questo case viene fornito con l'appartenenza alla piscina e Cabana Club. Qui troverete una grande piscina, spiaggia privata e uno snack bar. 


aeroporto di Marathon è a soli 5 minuti di distanza e auto a noleggio sono disponibili presso il terminal.


L'acqua vista Grandi sul canale dal soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. Riscaldare piscina opzionale, cortile recintato e 46 piedi di cemento dockage acque profonde. Elettrica, acqua e pesce di pulizia della stazione al molo. 


Dock gas, rampa barca, noleggio di barche e negozio di immersione situati sullo stesso canale per una facile riempimenti. Due box auto per mantenere i vostri veicoli fuori del sole. Grande l'accesso al Atlantico o del Golfo attraverso Vaca Cut.

Sunset Park è solo una breve passeggiata o in bicicletta. Shopping per le signore al Keybana che caratterizzano l'ultimo di usura tropicale si trova a pochi passi di distanza.

Vialetto pavimentato e zona ponte intorno alla piscina. Chiavi Terrific deli a pochi passi di distanza, che rende ottimi pranzi. A piedi Landing Sparky per uno spuntino e un cocktail. Passeggiata verso fila Noleggio Barche e vedere il pescato del giorno o saltare su una barca e andare a pescare. Per pranzare fine passeggiata a Key Colony Inn o di un ambiente più informale a Cabana Breezes sull'acqua. Guardare il bellissimo tramonto chiavi da Sunset Park.
Ottima posizione per i visitatori neofiti di chiavi o lunghe clienti abituali di tempo. Cammina, bici, kayak, nuoto, golf, tennis, immersioni, snorkeling e molto altro ancora per il tuo divertimento.

We really enjoyed the week. The heated pool was great for water aerobics. Parking in the garage was a real perk. Short walking distances to restaurants and Cabana Club. House was clean and sat on a beautiful canal. Host was very accommodating.

Home away from home

The stay was all in all relaxing. The location was easy access to beaches, restaurants, and activities. The only thing we wish we knew ahead of time was beach access with membership. Also, knowledge of what items are allowed at the membership beach. The attendant at the beach club was rude and unfriendly. Turned us away the first day as we didn’t know the rules prior. When we went the next day she was still rude and not welcoming.We would still return to this location again.Thank you!!

Fishing Vacation

Overall positive. Did have issues with sliding doors (which we reported). Should have operating instructions for the TV in master bedroom. Never did get to operate it correctly. Also, there should be instructions on the emergency buttons located in living room and dining area. Had no idea what they were until maintenance person informed us.

Florida Keys vacation

Great place to stay. House was great for our family. The only issue was the mattresses in all of the rooms were uncomfortable. We couldnt get a good sleep. The owner shoild be investing in replacing the mattresses. Otherwise we would come back again.

Great canal property in great neighborhood

This property has been well maintained and has all the items you need to have a great stay. Our family enjoyed the pool and fishing in the canal. We had visits from manatee each day and spotted sting ray as well. It such a relaxing place to stay.

Very nice neighborhood

Home was in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Great for biking or walking. Home was a perfect size for 6 people. Pool was a great addition. Looks like there needed to another lounge chair as they had two cushions on top of another but when I removed one of them the one below had a rip so not sure. The house did need more cooking items like pots and cooking utensils. Also would recommend a garage door opener for tenants to have. Didn’t care for the Cabana Beach club. Has too many rules on what you can bring in. I couldn’t even bring in my water bottle. Also beach was super small.. Bar and food were good there, Definitely enjoyed my time at the house and the location. Will consider to rent in Key Colony in the future.

Fabulous!

This property is lovely, with a fabulous pool to cool off in. It is a duplex but we could not hear the family with small kids unless they were outside playing in the pool and we were out there too. The only downside was that the beach at the cabana club was very small, but larger beaches are within a 5 to 15 min drive depending on your preference. I also want to give a shout out to the property management. They were both responsive and super nice to work with. Would definitely rent this property and/or from this team again!

Great property!

This house was the perfect place for a group of friends to spend a vacation. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, the kitchen was well supplied and we all loved the pool and deck area. The house was in a great location - close to restaurants and the golf course and we all enjoyed the cabana club. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. We would certainly rent this again if we return to Key Colony Beach!

Great communication, Awesome location, Clean house

Our family of 4 stayed for spring break and we enjoyed the property very much. Centrally located in Key Colony, quiet canal which was great for fishing! The house was clean & spacious. The property manager was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Only thing I’d like to bring to a young families attention is that sadowski causeway is a busy road!! The police officers patrolled regularly though! We’d highly recommend this property!

Great home in a great location. Had everything we needed for the week. The pool was wonderful. Highly recommend the pool heater that made it even more enjoyable. Lots of marine life to enjoy. Home was very clean. Would stay again.

The Beautiful Keys

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Marathon! The house was just a described and looked exactly like the pictures! The pool was a wonderful place to cool off after a day on the boat. The manatees visiting us at our dock every evening was the family favorite! Simply turn on the water hose, point it into the canal and wait for the manatees to come by for a drink. Thanks for helping to make our vacation fantastic!

Property is great ! There were a few small things the queen size bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable and noisy as well as the shutters rattling when the AC unit kick on in the middle of the night, my friends ended up sleeping in the twin beds in another room. We did however enjoy our stay the property is close to everything but private, the Manatees visited everyday, the weather was superb and the pool was an added bonus - we spent alot of our time sitting on the dock, sunrise in the morning and the front yard you can see the sunset. Very close to 2 dining establishments and Sunset Park!!!

Great place & location

Pool is waist deep & a nice gradual depth up to an adult’s neck. Clean, plenty of room & has all the essentials. Walked to Havana Jack’s which is a beautiful bar/restaurant on the water. We would rent again!
