    Step outside to your private dock complete with a fish-cleaning station and bait freezer. Located near Vaca Cut, you'll enjoy convenient access to world-class fishing, sandbars, waterfront dining, and unforgettable days on the water.

    Inside, the bright and spacious home has been thoughtfully updated with modern furnishings, new appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs throughout. Absolutely stunning property on one of the best streets in KCB. We loved our stay- beautifully remodeled, stocked with every need and comfort for all 6 of us. New seawall was nice and having our boat right out back was so convenient. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We loved staying at this beautiful house. It was very pristine and welcoming.... there were even beautiful flowers waiting for us as a perfect touch. The house has every we needed in the kitchen and bath plus the washer and dryer were perfect. The view from the upstairs porch was great in the morning as we had coffee. I can't even think of one thing we didn't love! Thank you for having us!

This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, bright and with high quality furnishings. We must have been the first guests since the remodel. New everything!Communication with owner was outstanding. Fast response when we arrived 30 minutes prior to our check in. Would highly recommend a stay here. Quick ride from the canal to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you, we will be back and also recommend to our friends and family.
