Spend your days soaking up the sun and cruising the Florida Keys when you escape to this light-filled, waterfront home, beautifully situated among the canals and palms of Key Colony Beach. Enjoy your own 60-foot dock, a canalside patio, and a wonderful location for golfing, fishing, and beach-going.

This single-story home sits at the edge of an ocean canal, around the corner from the Key Colony Beach Golf Course. You'll be less than a mile from Sunset Park with its small white-sand beach and spectacular views late in the day. Overseas Highway and its many restaurants, shops, conveniences, and sources of entertainment - is one mile north.

You'll quickly fall in love with the outdoor space here, whether you're sipping your first cup of coffee on the screened patio or returning home from a day out on the water. Indulge in afternoon naps in the lounge chairs, dangle your feet from the dock as you crack open a good book, and choose between several outdoor tables for alfresco meals at sunset.

Inside, the house is flooded with natural light, thanks to a rear wall of glass doors framing the patio and the canal. The open, breezy living space includes a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room with a TV - all of which open to the patio. Of the four bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own TV and en suite bathroom. Central air, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock is 60 feet long.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
