POSIZIONE CITTÀ VECCHIA ...
Una casa arredata con gusto e confortevole, situata a breve distanza da Duval Street.  Fai consegnare le biciclette e raramente avrai bisogno del tuo veicolo per girare l'isola.  

ARREDAMENTO...
Arredamento aggiornato in questa affascinante casa con 2 camere da letto.  Il soggiorno presenta soffitti a volta e diverse porte-finestre che si aprono sul ponte e sulla piscina.  La cucina si trova fuori dal soggiorno ed è completamente attrezzata per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze di cottura.  Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto e TV a schermo piatto situati in ogni camera da letto e armadi per riporre tutti i tuoi effetti personali.

DISPOSIZIONI DORMIRE ...
La camera da letto principale si trova al secondo piano ed è dotata di un comodo letto king size e di un bagno completo piastrellato.  La camera degli ospiti è al primo piano e ha due letti singoli che possono essere comodamente convertiti in un re per soddisfare le vostre esigenze.  C'è anche un bagno completo situato accanto alla camera degli ospiti. C'è anche un divano letto situato nel soggiorno per dormire ospiti aggiuntivi.

PISCINA E VITA ALL'APERTO ...
Apri le portefinestre posteriori e esci in una piccola piscina privata dove puoi rinfrescarti.  Il ponte è dotato di due lettini e un tavolino per due.

Perfect Location

Absolutely perfect little treasure in an exceptional location. Close to everything, beautiful, clean and comfortable house. Despite a hiccup with the air conditioning on night one, and a very rapid response by management, the trip was ideal. We go every year and this is hands down one of the best properties we have stayed at in Key West.

Perfect place for my wife and me. Close enough to walk to Duval Street, Hemingway’s house, Truman Whitehouse and other points of interest, but far enough for peace and quiet. Good restaurants only a few blocks away and a great bakery just around the corner. Cozy house. Cocktail pool was a refreshing retreat from the heat and humidity.

Great stay

We would stay again. The home is in a great location, great walks every morning to get coffee at Doing Work Coffee. Beautiful Royal Poinciana out front. Great front porch with rocking chairs. The little plunge pool was great after our daily pickleball games. The only thing is the upstairs room does struggle to cool but other than that it’s a great little house!

Great stay!

The property was just as described. Very clean, beautiful home. The heated pool was nice at the end of the day. We were further from Duvall than I had hoped but, still walkable.

This is our second time staying here and the place is still great. Perfect location, close enough to walk but far enough that it’s very quiet. We will be back in Key West and likely make this our home base destination once again. Thanks for a great time!

Great location and property

We had a great visit. The property was in a location of Key West that was walking distance to all the landmarks but also far enough away to be out of the main tourist traffic. The house was comfortable and clean and the back deck and pool were a great place to relax between activities.

Delightful Cottage

Great for a girls' trip! Well appointed and comfortable with bathrooms on each floor. Convenient to all the sights, yet situated in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. The only complaint is either the floors were very dirty or they may have been recently stained. We all had dirty feet or socks after walking on them.

Great family time

The property looks like the pictures . It is very cozy . It is located in a very quiet neighborhood , about 20 min walking from the center. It does not have a designated parking spot but parking around the house is not a problem. Check in and communication with the property manager is very easy . I read I’m another review that the pool was not warm enough but in our case since we arrived the pool was perfectly warm

Perfect Key West Stay!

Had a great time at Conch Heaven! It was super easy to check in and out and communicate any and all questions with the host, the concierge service was very helpful and prompt with responses. Perfect location for us, we rented bikes and it was close enough to everything touristy we wanted to do but far enough away at night so it was quiet. The house had all of the supplies we needed to cook and tidy/clean for a four night stay. The dip pool was perfect for a group of close friends after long days of activities. Definitely would recommend / stay again.

Mid week get away

The house was great. About 8-10 min walk to Duval. We rented a scooter due to the hot weather. It was also good to have so we didn’t loose our parking space. We just parked the scooter inside the properties fence. With the scooter everything we wanted to see was within a 10 min drive. The pool in the back yard was great on the hot days. Tons of things to see and do. Whitney the property manager was great with communication. Will definitely return.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in key west! Very walkable for us (family w 2 toddlers) and so much to do/see close to downtown. Quiet and peaceful off the Main Street, besides the local early bird roosters :) Look forward to returning!
