Yes we are a little removed from the hustle and bustle of old town but the island is only 1 1/2 miles wide and 4 1/2 miles long so you really are never far from anything in Key West and we are located about mid island on the Atlantic. Thanks for the great review, sorry about the cigarette butts.... we don't allow smoking in the condo but understand that some people still smoke so ask that they only smoke on the balcony or in the courtyard and that they remove all trash before leaving. Thank you so much.... you are right this location s removed from the hustle and bustle of Duval but the pool and near by public beaches are a great draw. We enjoy riding our bikes when we are there and it is about a 15 minute easy bike ride from the condo to Mallory Square on the opposite side of the island where they celebrate sunset each evening. and then a leisurely ride back up Duval provides for many opportunities to stop for drinks, dinner, live music, etc. We love the location and the amenities, Hope to see you again. Thanks for the great review, I hesitate to say that we have a water view as it is only visible from the balcony and it is partially obstructed by the Palm trees, but it is comforting to sit on the balcony feel the breeze and see the water in the distance. We love the courtyard, pool, hot tub and beach area..... certainly one of the premier properties in Key West. Hope to see you again. Sherri

I believe that we have one of the nicest courtyard area's in all of Key West, I think there are 800+ orchids on the property that bloom during different seasons and they are my favorite, it is a true tropical paradise.
