“I stayed one night for a work trip and had no complaints!”

“The good: access to the hotel, andfirst floor room, and a great mattress. The bad: badly out of date decor, and color combinations, with chipping and splotchy paint throughout the room,along with a dirty floor, mold, rust in the bathroom, obvious water damage, and the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom.”

“Wet carpet and a broken phone in our first room. Staff quickly moved us down the hallway to a suitable room. Our three night stay resulted in only one visit from housekeeping, but three incidents of the key cards not working and needing staff assistance to reset them. Dirty elevator with a sticky floor and broken buttons held on with scotch tape. Breakfast was plentiful and hot as promised. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and what you would expect from this property level....

“The check in person was really nice. She gave some good advice. There is very limited parking out front. Breakfast item choices are also very limited. No proteins except hard boiled eggs. You know the old adage, "you get what you pay for."”

“I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that .”

“I thought I had the wrong address when we pulled up as it looks like an abandoned building in front. Everything was run down and definitely in need of updates. The windows were filthy and the curtains in the rooms were in very rough shape. We got a non smoking room, but it very much smelled like smoke. There were only two pillows on each bed and they were very flat. The floor in the room looked so dirty (or maybe just stained) that I was afraid to go barefoot. The room contained the absolute...
