Didn’t like the first room given. All you seen was the back of a mountain. Nice having complimentary breakfast, but at times things were not refilled timely.

The place was dated and needs a facelift. The parking is very tight. The motel is very close to everything in Keystone. Walking distance. The hot tub was drained and not working. The smell of curry at the motel is extremely strong. Also, not the motel’s fault, but FYI… everything in Keystone closes by 9pm. There are zero food options. The lady at the front desk told us to drive to Hill City, a town 8 miles away. When we were one mile away from Hill City, the road was closed. So we turned around and we had to to drive back to Rapid City to find a restaurant that was open.

The parking lot is absolutely terrible. If you are driving anything larger than a small crossover, you will have issues with parking. The lot is small, cramped and tight. The 2nd floor parking is up a very steep single car incline. Coming down that incline is a little scary and you will most likely scratch your front bumper. The room itself was clean and the breakfast is pretty standard.

We traveled to SD to ride the BDR on our motorcycles. We booked the hotel earlier in the day. Once we arrived, there was a statement of no trailers allowed. The parking is severely limited and extremely inconvenient. The room was tiny bit clean. It was across from the pool and noisy until 10pm.

Noisy night
The room was clean and comfortable and everything was what you would expect from any Quality Inn. The reason for low scores was the noise from the attached parking garage...all night long.

Okay place
Pretty decent breakfast. The place needs a big facelift though. Several things within the room that wouldn't take 30 minutes to fix if someone would take the time to inspect each room. The tub faucet leaked no matter how hard trying to turn it off. The toilet seat needed to be fastened down as it just moved all over. I fixed that for you! Just need to be updated and insepcted better.

Great location! Parking on the deck was interesting but doable after the first time. Staff was good breakfast really good. Would I stay again? I’d probably check out others but the place is solid for where and what it is.

No Complaints
Stayed for 5 nights, no complaints. Breakfast was good (for a hotel), staff kept area clean and stocked. Restaurants just a short walk away. Building was in good condition. Very friendly staff.
