“This is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem.”

“Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms.
We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf.
We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth.
Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. All the best 😊”

“Very disappointing restaurant service:
- staff do not speak English at all, do not speak even Russian in Georgian restaurant 6th floor
- completely unfriendly service
- low quality of Georgian food did not expect
- 3rd time in the hotel, the lam is in the menu and never available
- staff have not idea about wine and qualification of wines
Sad story, dear management. Especially, for such a wonderful hotel, as you have.
