“Very disappointing restaurant service:
- staff do not speak English at all, do not speak even Russian in Georgian restaurant 6th floor
- completely unfriendly service
- low quality of Georgian food did not expect
- 3rd time in the hotel, the lam is in the menu and never available
- staff have not idea about wine and qualification of wines
Sad story, dear management. Especially, for such a wonderful hotel, as you have.

“The staff were excellent sorting out parking for my motorcycle immediately and anything we required they were quick to assist speaking English very well. The apartment is close to everything you’d like to see within walking distance and the condition is fabulous ”
