“Nice, but small roof top pool. ”

“Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time. The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy and I won't be back.”

“This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. The way the management and staff handled the entire situation was exceptionally professional in every respect. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this hotel.”

“Fint værelse. Dog er billederne fra deres fineste værelse og det er ikke det man skal forvente. God rengøring - som dog kom ind og gjorde rent selvom man havde “do not disturb” til. Lidt vanskelig kommunikation med receptionen som ønskede at vi kommunikerede over WhatsApp. ”

“Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. ”

“The hotel is just great, no other words. Everything was well presented and clean, both the room and the common areas. The staff was really kind and they quickly helped us with our requests. Everybody spoke good English. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices, both sweet and salty. If we'll go back to Phnom Penh, we'll stay here again for sure. They truly deserve the best! ”
