Hotel vicino a Kiansom Waterfall - Kota Kinabalu

“Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom...

“Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels).”

“Generally satisfactory. Room was spacious, patient staff, and great welcome drinks. Suggestion to the management is to restrict guests from making noises at the lounge area as the noise echoed and could hear it from the rooms facing the lounge area l. Unfortunately guests from certain country do not know how to control their volume.... Maybe management should ask them to ?”

“Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!”

“Family run business, very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean, basic amenities (eg dated wardrobe). Sheets and towels clean, a few with stains. Very close to Gaya st and 2 great supermarkets next door.”
