“Unfortunately, our room faced a large freeway and was very noisy all night. In addition, the bedside lamps had very low light and it was difficult to read. The staff was not helpful in remedying these issues.”

“The staff people were great. The food at the restaurant was great, the drinks even better. It's like staying at the pub in the Cotswalds country side, which was cool. Unfortunately, the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially at the price charged. The very, very squeaky bed, the windows with a ton of street noise, the shower/tub from the 1800s, which I thought was a period piece harking back to the pub idea, and essentially no friills everything. I've paid 1/5th the price at a basic Marriott...

“My room has a lot of issues, mold on the floor around the shower and the wallpaper in the bathroom is ripping off the drywall. The fridge has mold in it also. Not a very clean room for the price. Check in staff was wonderful. ”

“Occupant regulated wall heaters - loud, no thermostat. TV didn’t work. Could overhear other rooms at normal conversation level. Dingy interior”

“The unit is renovated, with modern appliances, and bathroom, the bedding is confortable ans overall we really enjoyed our stay there! The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Gondola and near the shops and restaurants while being just away from the noise.”

“Great location, newly renovated hot tubs and outdoor areas. Property is older but very well kept, great place to stay if you want to be on the mountain. Short walk to the village, or shuttle ride every 10 minutes during the day for skiers/boarders.”
