The Space:
The Förde-Möwe is a modern and well-kept 1-room apartment with 32 square meters of living space and upscale furnishings. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and faces the sunny side. The lovely furnishings turn the apartment into a beautiful retreat.
The combined living room and bedroom has a double bed measuring 140x200 cm. There is also an additional folding sofa in the apartment. From the bed you can comfortably watch TV if the weather is not playing along. It.s a smart TV which is attached to the wall. Free WLAN and a private and free parking space with a secure barrier are at your disposal.
The pantry kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, a microwave and a fridge. A coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a small oven complete the kitchen ensemble.
A dining table with two upholstered armchairs offers a pleasant place to sit and relax. The balcony is also well equipped with two garden chairs, a table and an awning. Enjoy the sun and the relaxing view of the greenery well into the evening.
The shower room is bright and friendly. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway, which offers plenty of storage space during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment in the Olympic Center Schilksee is just a few metres from the sea, beach and marina. Schilksee is a very popular vacation resort in the north of Kiel.
Shopping facilities and bus stops are right on the doorstep. The journey time by bus to Kiel is only 25 minutes, by car it takes about 20 minutes.
You can reach our apartment 41 at Drachenbahn 15 from the sidewalk via a staircase (no elevator) on the second floor. From this upper floor it is only a few steps over a small footbridge and you are on the promenade with a view of the sea, beach, seagulls and sailing ships. From the jetty, you can take wonderful boat trips across the Kiel Fjord and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. It is also particularly impressive to watch the large cruise ships from and to Scandinavia slowly pass by. On the covered promenade you will find cafés, restaurants, a grocery store and other stores. There is an e-charging station right outside the front door.
