Non si può chiedere prezzo di albergo 5 stelle e non fare pulizia in stanza ne turn down a causa del covid 19!
In più il leggendario buffet breakfast è stato rimpiazzato con un servizio non degno di un hotel di questa classe. No Fish, no prosciutto vero, neanche le foto della prima colazione che si trovano in tutti i piani del hotel rispecchiano la verità. Pancakes? Non ci sono... fanno le crêpes invece.”

However, the hotel is very tastefully decorated and the level of cleanliness and attention to detail is excellent. The reception staff were very kind.
