Hale Lanui si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'oceano e offre ampie vedute senza ostacoli dell'oceano e dei tramonti. Questa casa a 2700 SF a due piani si trova in una strada residenziale e dispone di una piscina (molti teli da mare) e vasca idromassaggio per un divertimento totale. Ci sono aree esterne per godersi il sole o l'ombra.

Ci sono 4 camere da letto con letti king size in due (una camera da letto al piano superiore e una camera da letto al piano inferiore), due camere da letto hanno gemelli ragazzo lungo che possono essere costituiti come re se lo si desidera. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale che fornirà biancheria da letto aggiuntiva se necessario. Abbiamo anche un divano letto matrimoniale nella sala giochi.

3 ampi bagni, due al piano superiore e uno al piano inferiore, grande cucina aperta con un sacco di pentole, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici. Sub zero frigorifero in cucina e un frigorifero aggiuntivo nella stanza fango / piscina. Ci sono due lavatrici, un'asciugatrice, stendibiancheria e la zona pranzo all'aperto può ospitare 12 persone. Le sedie a sdraio sono a bordo piscina e anche sul ponte superiore per il vostro divertimento.

TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e uno nella sala giochi al piano superiore. A / C in ogni camera da letto e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto. Il servizio di pulizia viene fornito prima e dopo il soggiorno. Le chiamate locali e interurbane negli Stati Uniti e in Canada sono gratuite. C'è una cassaforte situata su ogni livello della casa in cui collocare oggetti di valore e la casa ha un sistema di sicurezza. Viene fornita una connessione WiFi via cavo protetta.

Kihei family fun house

The hot tub, pool, and proximity to excursions made this place awesome!! Beautiful views of the water off the lanai, and nightly sunset views from the park. Amazing family vaca!

Wonderful property

Well appointed and fantastic location. Wonderful sunsets and loved watching all the goings on in the park next door. The private pool was like our own little oasis. Would definitely recommend to any group going to Maui.

Great property and Great Location

Overall our stay at this property was amazing. The location was perfect for our group and was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The onsite property manager was very responsive and addressed all of our questions/concerns throughout our stay.

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Kihei VRBO. The home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of bedding, towels and the kitchen was fully equipped. Water pressure and temperature were good. There is a covered patio area downstairs, just off the kitchen and an open lanai upstairs. The family / game room upstairs has a pool table and a variety of games, books and puzzles. The home is situated at the edge of a park with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed the daily traffic of walkers, runners, cyclists and soccer players in the park. Our entire family was comfortable here: four adult couples and a toddler. Be aware there is a pool and a spiral staircase to be attentive to with small children. There are several food and shopping options within walking distance. The onsite property manager is located a next door. She was readily available and helpful, but never intrusive. We all agreed the house is even better than the photos. We would gladly rent this home again.

Good Family Rental

This house is the most well-stocked of any we have ever rented. The setting is on a lightly used park that is on the ocean. We saw many whales in early January. It’s convenient to Kihei but just far enough away to be out of the bustle. The property manager was excellent and quickly responded to our needs. The immediate beach is rocky but sandy a little to the south. Overall- spectacular!

Maui Family Vacation

This home and property was amazing!!! Our kids absolutely loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the pool table. Being next to the park was perfect for the kids. They were able to play football at the same time just being right next to the ocean. We were able to watch the sunset every evening. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable vacation!!!

Great location and fully stocked

We stayed at this beach front property with a large family group- it was great. The location was amazing- we spent most of the time in the large balcony just outside the kitchen-enjoying a wonderful view of the ocean, gorgeous sunsets. The house had ample space for 9 people in our group and the kitchen was wonderful-fully stocked with utensils and cutlery. The pool was great- the kids enjoyed it a lot. The beds were comfortable. Proximity to tennis courts and the park next to the house- all added to options for the kids to have a good time. Overall- we had a good stay.

Hale Lanui review

We had 7 adults staying at the property. The house had beautiful, well maintained grounds and the location was very close to cafes, shops and the beach. We enjoyed walking through the park where we saw beautiful sunsets and the turtles in the ocean. The facilities and contents provided very much met our needs. The instructions and information sheets provided could be improved and updated - eg info sheets, alarm system, tv’s..

Heaven on Earth

This house and location were very close to heaven! We were a family group of 7 with one 3 year old. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The location is incredible with a big beautiful park just next door and the ocean a few feet away. The manager lives next door and was johnny on the spot when we needed some help. We will definitely choose this house on our next visit.

Maui house with amazing view & turtles!

Overall great property, with amazing view & we saw turtles daily. The home was clean with beautiful artwork but could use some TLC and furniture updates. The park next door was concerning in the evening due to homeless that appear to live there. Nothing happened but something we did not expect that on a dream vacation to Maui.

This property is amazing. Location is directly across the street from the ocean and adjacent to a lovely park. Within minutes of stores and shops by foot. The home itself was amazing and we really enjoyed the pool. Communication with the property owner and mgr was easy and prompt. Would def like to return.

Perfect Location Made Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful, spacious home adjoining a park, overlooking the ocean and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, groceries and tons of activities. Breathtaking sunsets, private pool, hot tub, and the best equipped rental we’ve ever had. We charcoaled by the pool or cooked daily in the beautiful kitchen. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, poker chips. a pool table - our group, ages 17-71, we’re always entertained. We booked snorkeling, rented bikes, enjoyed zip lining and several beaches and had the vacation of a lifetime! Highly recommend this home!!

Perfect location, beach is literally 50 yards away and neighbors a beautiful park.

House and grounds were ideal for our family. The views are stunning. Beach and park are walking distance. Enjoyed sunsets and turtles every night. Centrally located, cannot wait to go back.

No need to look for another property in Maui!

Great property in a great location. Plenty of space for our extended family of 6. Used the swimming pool and hot tub numerous times during the week, and the pool table during quiet periods. Ate meals on the front porch and greeted those walking past, with a few commenting on how they would love to stay at the property. We also got to see pedal bikers passing by in the evening with an LED light show and music. As others have mentioned park users leave their cars at the end of the driveway on the road but it never restricted us from getting in or out. Large grocery store and a number of restaurants are no more than a 1 min drive / 5 min walk away. Easy to stretch out your legs with a walk along the boardwalk or passing a ball around the park grounds, which are right outside the front door.

Great experience!!

My family and I had a wonderful week in Maui at this beautiful house! We loved having a space we could all relax at that didn’t require us to go somewhere else like we would have if we’d stayed in hotel rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the patio had a wonderful view, and we loved playing pool together upstairs! Jessica was wonderful and answered all our questions. The only two minor complaints we had was that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen, which was mostly taken care of with bug spray and that there were often cars parked at the end of the driveway in a no park zone. That latter cannot be controlled by owners of the property though. It’s a beautiful spot and lots of people wanted to walk along the coast, watch the sunset, or play pick up games in the space right next to the house. We had such a great time!! Thank you!!

Peaceful Retreat

Our stay at this incredible house in Kihei far exceeded expectations. The location was perfect - centrally located on the island and within east walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. I highly recommend this property and would rent again if I ever have the opportunity to return to Maui.

Fabulous Family Trip

A truly great homebase for any family looking to enjoy all Maui has to offer while still making room in their stay for lots of down-time. We truly enjoyed our lazy days hanging out on the ocean- and park-view lanai, as well as the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the central location, which made it our daytrips out to Lahaina, South Maui, and Hana easy. The on-site caretaker Jessica was also a gem, helping us quickly when we managed to lock ourselves out of a bathroom! A truly fantastic place to stay on Maui.

Sunsets & Palm Trees!

Amazing property! House has all amenities, pool and jacuzzi are a huge plus. Beautiful views from the lanai and balcony areas. Property is close by and walking distance to stores, restaurants, beach, shops, market, etc. House is comfortable, big enough for a large family and very clean! Amazing property with ocean view!

This property was amazing. Large enough to host two families for the perfect vacation together. Has all the ammenities you could ask for and close to restaurants, groceries, shops, Starbucks etc. within walking distance to a few beaches and a short 5 minute drive to three larger ones! A true gem!! We are going back next year for sure!
