  • Unità angolare luminosa e ariosa con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e brezze rilassanti - Goditi una tazza di caffè al mattino presto con gli uccelli nativi mentre guardi la lussureggiante vegetazione verde del complesso Hale Kamaole e l'oceano zaffiro oltre.

    Il nostro condominio per le vacanze Maui può ospitare sei persone ed è perfetto per famiglie o coppie in vacanza insieme. Offriamo un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, un letto queen size nella camera da letto al piano di sotto e un divano letto queen size nel Loft. Il bagno principale dispone di una vasca idromassaggio. TV a schermo piatto a parete si trovano in ogni camera da letto, così come una nuova TV 4K nel soggiorno. Condizionatori d'aria e Tv in ogni camera. Una cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di nuovi elettrodomestici e l'unità è stata recentemente ridisegnata con nuova vernice, moquette, trattamenti per finestre e mobili in rattan con un tema tropicale per fornire l'ambiente ideale per lo stato d'animo Maui. Il nostro condominio ha 3 nuovi condizionatori d'aria; uno in ogni camera da letto e un terzo nel soggiorno. Dispone di ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere, lavatrice / asciugatrice, TV via cavo, WI-FI gratuito e servizio telefonico gratuito in oltre venti paesi, tra cui il Canada e la terraferma.

    Questa è un'unità NON Fumatori. Aree designate per fumatori sono situate intorno al complesso. Hale Kamaole è a soli due minuti a piedi dal Kama’ole Beach Park III, dove maree più miti, strutture complete e un posto di bagnino creano un'atmosfera familiare stressante. "Kam III" ha ricevuto una valutazione di 5 stelle ed è una delle spiagge preferite di Maui.

    Trascorri il pomeriggio in una delle due piscine del complesso o socializza con altri vacanzieri in una delle due stazioni barbecue a bordo piscina mentre griglia la cena di quella notte mentre il giorno svanisce. Ogni stazione barbecue presenta quattro griglie a carbone e due griglie a propano. Alla fine di una giornata rilassante, ammira un tramonto iconico che include la tradizione storica di soffiare una conchiglia per indicare il cumulo di una giornata tranquilla sull'isola della valle dal tuo patio. A pochi passi dai negozi e dai ristoranti del sud di Kihei e situato a pochi minuti dal golf di classe mondiale a Wailea.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great locations and the units are nice. We rented two units. Both were 2 bedrooms with a loft so basically 3 bedrooms. They also had 2 baths with a washer and dryer. Overall it was a good experience. One of your units did not have AC in living room which made it almost uninhabitable. It was so HOT! The other unit was great. Both units were not quite as clean as I would have expected but it wasn't terrible.

This end unit lanai gives great morning views of Haleakala and it has powered sun shades! The staff that maintains the common areas are top notch and keep everything clean and fresh everyday, even the BBQ's are spotless daily. Close to so many things in Kihei and Wailea and walking distance to many. Highly recommend...

The location, cleanliness and accommodations were absolutely outstanding. It sleeps 6 adults very comfortably. From kitchen utensils , beach toys and chairs, games and the like, there wasn’t much the owners hadn’t provided. The complex has two large pools, pickle ball courts and plenty of outdoor bbqs. Unlike other property rentals, you actually do get exactly what the photos show. I would love to come back and enjoy this amazing and beautiful property with the family again ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was super clean and nicely updated. The space was great for my family of 2 adults, 3 teens, and 1 child. This unit was at the top of the complex which made parking easy but did add a little extra excercise when trekking down to the beach area. There were AC units in the main area and bedrooms which was nice.It's nice and close to Kamaole 3 (a little bigger for waves) and Kamaole 2 (great for swimming) so we walked to Kam 2 most of the time. It's just short stroll to some food shops and souvenir shops as well.This was a great place to stay and I'd certainly come back to this unit. There are two minor improvements that would make it an even better experience:- Upgrade the beds to a memory foam type mattress as the spring beds are a little bouncy (pillow upgrades too)- Upgrade the AC units to a quieter model as these ones were a little loud to run at night

Great pools!

Great location, nice there are two pools on the property. Easy to walk to beach and town. Condo itself was great. The AC was a little tricky but everything was like listed and comfortable.

Kihei Comfort

We were very pleased with our home and all that it had to offer. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were well appointed, clean and comfortable. Our home was close to Kam III, and near local restaurants and stores. The lanai was clean and comfortable and the home was near one of two pools in the complex. Mahalo.

Great location to everything

The property was very clean with plenty of space for 4 adults. The property is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, small shops and a grocery store. We didn't need to ask for management while staying here, because everything was explained to us very well and was well equipped with all the amenities we needed.. We had a great time in Kohei. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Clean and comfortable

After you get up the 2 flights of stairs, you get to a well laid out and comfortable condo with a lovely view and no noise overhead. The condo maximizing the space and was very clean There were beach towels, chairs, beach toys and a cooler for our use. It worked very well for the 5 adults in our party. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would stay again.

Unit 344 was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels and a full lanai closet! Love the beach chairs and umbrella! The ice maker was not working and the bathroom cabinet hinges were about to fall off. Two small repairs to be aware of.
