Condominio al 5 ° piano con una vista spettacolare proprio dal Lanai. Guarda le isole vicine 🌴 e il bellissimo oceano mentre ti godi il tuo drink speciale.

Dall'altra parte della strada c'è Kamaole Beach 1, votata # 1 da Maui Revealed (edizione 2012)
La vista dal nostro Lanai privato al tramonto è spettacolare. Quando l'alba gli uccelli dell'isola ti saluteranno dalle fronde delle palme che raggiungono il Lanai.

Kamaole Beach Royale è un bellissimo paesaggio ed è una struttura in cemento, quindi un edificio molto tranquillo. Approfitta della bella piscina.
Kamaole Beach Royale dispone di un'area barbecue al 7 ° piano. Un sacco di tavoli e sedie per guardare il tramonto con la famiglia e gli amici. Il posto migliore per incontrare persone provenienti da tutto il mondo 🌍.

The hosts were super responsive that the location was amazing- unfortunately we were there during the Kona storm so that put a damper on everything. The building (not the suite) is undergoing some renovations which were inconvenient- but they are working quickly and the workmen were polite and friendly. Onsite parking was a plus and lots of restaurants were within walking distance. The nights when it wasn’t raining we had the most beautiful sunsets with humpbacks in the foreground. The owners were very easy to work with.

Perfect accommodations! Condo was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our two weeks stay. The location is outstanding. The beach is steps away and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the whales in the distance. Owners were very nice and quickly responded to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Kamaole Beach Royale

We had a fantastic stay at Kamaole Beach Royale. The view from the 5th floor looking out towards the ocean is so lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves lapping the shore. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo is very well stocked, we cook a lot of our meals so we appreciated the various items, like a salad spinner, wood cutting boards, spices & a good blender, ….things that are often missing from other condo rentals.Communication with the owner was excellent. We mentioned to the owner that a couple of items need replacing such as the provided beach chairs, but overall we were very happy here and would definitely return.Thankyou for a great holiday!

Second times the charm

This was our second time staying at this condo and we were just as happy with it the second time. The location and views can’t be beat. The 7th floor shared lanai offers some of the best sunset views and whale watching. Hoping to stay there again in the future.

Best location!

This was our first trip to Maui and this location did not disappoint. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the property and its proximity to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs, pool toys and an umbrellas to use. The condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. We had the best time!

It doesn't get any better than this in Kihei. A short walk to the best beach in Kihei. Awesome ocean views from the lanai. Comfortable furniture. Comfortable bed. Very nice linens. Well stocked kitchen. We've stayed in other places in Kihei but this is by far the best...

Beautiful Kihea hidden gem

Top notch!

First off, the pictures of the view don’t do it justice - the view from the lanai is incredible. We are ‘view’ people and this one was top notch. The condo unit and grounds were clean and well kept. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We’ll be back!

PERFECT LOCATION

Condo had all the amenities to stay in and cook or walk to dining. GREAT OCEAN VIEW. EASY ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. Quiet and relaxing property. Great cross flow breeze with the trade winds, or AC if you so choose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT 509! Great people watching of KAMAOLE 1 beach park and adjacent Dolphin Plaza Center. LOVE THE ELECTRONIC RECLINERS!! Community/Barbeque area - 7th floor was great for happy hour/sunset viewing!!! PERFECT!!!!!! We would like to rent this same unit again!! Thank you Todd and Linda.

Hooked on Kihei!

Amazing place! Great view! Fantastic location! Well stocked and very clean condo. Beach is so close and the snorkeling there is very good. Highly recommend staying here…except the week we return. Aloha!

Comments: -Bad Location of AC and Couch, air continuously blowing on persons sitting there. -Location of toilet paper holder, if I were an overweight person, It would be very difficult for me to use it. -Construction in Condo directly above us was very annoying. -Other than the above mentioned items, we had a very good stay.

A Great Option in a Perfect Location

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The view was beautiful and the location was fantastic. It was very accessible to three different shopping centers directly to the south, plus even more about a mile north. There was a great "food truck court" on Alahele Place that had plenty of options (wings, Thai, Indian, burgers, sushi, etc.). We ended up sleeping on the pull-out in the living room to get the ocean breezes as we discovered on the first night that the in-unit air conditioner was insufficient to reach the back of the condo (and LOUD) and the ceiling fan couldn't make the room less hot/stagnant. The only drawback to sleeping with the windows open, through no fault of the Tim or Linda, was the Dolphin Plaza shopping center downstairs had someone using an electric leaf blower from 11 pm to 3 am for two of the six nights we stayed. It was so quiet that you could hear the ocean waves (which was lovely) but apparently the owners of Dolphin Plaza next door didn't care. I should have called the police to ask if this was violating a noise ordinance but was obviously half asleep and out of it, so I just ended up closing the slider and turning on the fan to drown out the noise as the path of least resistance. We particularly appreciated having the various linens and beach chairs. The other amenities were well appointed.
